Carver Commodore is an alternative rock band from Florence, Alabama, blending garage rock, indie, pop and guitar-driven rock ’n’ roll. Led by vocalist/guitarist Payton Pruitt, the band delivers big hooks and high-energy live shows, with influences ranging from The Strokes and Jack White to Cage the Elephant. Their latest release, Takeout, arrived in 2026.
